Job Summary: Onion Lake EMS is currently seeking to fill one full-time PCP position. This position operates on
a 7 on 7 off rotation. Accommodations provided while on duty, exercise equipment on site. Group benefits,
pension and boot allowance provided for all full-time employees.
Job Skills:
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Transport patients to hospital or other medical facility for further medical care.
• Maintain ambulances and emergency care equipment and supplies.
• Document and record nature of injuries and treatment provided.
• Assess extent of injuries or illness of trauma victims to determine emergency medical treatment.
• Administer medications and provide advanced emergency treatments to patients.
Job Qualifications:
• Current unrestricted SCOP membership
• Current ITLS certificate
• Current HCP-C certificate
• Class 4 drivers
