Main Duties
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager and under the supervision of the Guest Services Supervisor, this position provides convenient service to SIGA’s guests, and builds good relations (Miyo-wîchêtowin) by providing guests with safe transportation to and from the casino. Responsibilities include: Operating passenger vehicles safely and cautiously, according to SIGA’s established transportation policies, procedures, and routes. Ensuring passenger safety and comfort by monitoring vehicle condition, and assisting guests in safely boarding and disembarking. Keeping accurate records as directed. Greeting guests on arrival, and thanking them on departure, in a warm and welcoming manner. Responding to general inquiries and requests for information. Participating in other activities as required, in support of Guest Services priorities. 
SIGA deems this position as a Safety-Sensitive position, which is therefore subject to Pre-Employment, Post-Incident and Reasonable Cause – drug and alcohol testing.  Safety-Sensitive positions are defined as any position in which impaired performance, impaired motor skills, or lack of judgment, could result in a significant incident affecting the health and safety of SIGA employees, patrons and/or contractors.
Conditions of Employment
The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to the use of tobacco smoke and high noise levels.
As a condition of employment, you will be required to work shift work. This may include days, evenings, graveyard, weekends and statutory holidays.  SIGA’s goal is to treat all staff fairly and equitably; therefore, the distribution of the shifts will be fair to all staff.
