Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position focuses on risk mitigation and protection of Casino assets and people, by providing overall management and oversight of the Security department . Responsibilities include: Directing, planning and analyzing Security operations. Monitoring department operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Leading and participating in investigations. Providing effective management of Security staff, promoting good relationships and ensuring they have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Effectively managing all departmental resources, including budgets, equipment, and supplies. Participating in development of SIGA-wide Security strategies. Modeling SIGA’s values, and presenting a positive image of SIGA in the community. Serving shifts as the Manager on Duty on a rotational schedule. Leading or participating in other projects as required, to ensure the protection of Casino personnel and assets.

Conditions of Employment
The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to the use of tobacco smoke and high noise levels.
As a condition of employment, you will be required to work shift work. This may include days, evenings, graveyard, weekends and statutory holidays. SIGA’s goal is to treat all staff fairly and equitably; therefore, the distribution of the shifts will be fair to all staff.
