Administration

The Executive Director is under the direct supervision of the Chief and is the only employee of the Chief & Council. Overall, the Executive Director has the responsibility of ensuring that there are reliable, credible and accountable programs & services being provided by the many Departments of Cowessess First Nation; which includes the Post Office and the Chief Henry S. Delorme Mall.

To accomplish this task, the Executive Director, in collaboration with the Executive Office, must ensure that all the necessary policies, procedures, processes and finances are in place to support the organization in achieving their goals and objectives.
