The United Nations Association in Canada (UNA-Canada) is a registered charity that has worked for 77 years to engage Canadians in the work of the United Nations and to advance progress on global issues that affect us all.  As the leading policy voice on global cooperation in Canada, our work is framed by the UN Sustainable Development Goals and is informed by the perspectives and achievements of all Canadian’s, especially youth.

UNA-Canada’s programmes celebrate diversity, empathy-based learning and solution-seeking opportunities on shared challenges. We invest across generations, supporting Canadians as they tackle global challenges including health, diversity, peace and sustainability.

UNA-Canada delivers our programmes through 27 full time staff and a Board of Directors. UNA-Canada also supports 12 branches across Canada, and boasts approximately 16,000 members and supporters.
