As part of providing convenient services to guests, the position also strives for customer service excellence. Responsibilities include: Assisting the Cage Manager with Cage supervision duties such as staffing, training, scheduling, performance evaluations and disciplinary issues. Conducting workplace assessments to resolve conflict and promote a positive workplace culture that reflects SIGA’s values. Liaising with external parties on employee issues including Employment Standards and the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission. Conducting investigations into allegations of harassment or wrong-doing, or providing support to managers carrying out investigations. Managing Employee Relations projects, managing all workplace assessments.
